The current context has put cities at the centre of a storm with several dimensions: health, the economy, climate change, even solidarity and social ties, which risks greatly modifying urban projects. As much as it sounds like a cliché, now is the time to sort local strategies outside the box. In view of these constraints, the four aspects of sustainable development will have to be reviewed with a view to strict efficiency. It will therefore be necessary to assess and optimize existing resources, also at the international level.
